Whilst there may be occasions throughout the year when you wish to speak with Miss Jessie or your child’s teacher, please try not to do so in between classes. This is not only disruptive but also makes it difficult for the teachers to keep classes running on time. Please direct any questions or requests for an appointment with your child’s teacher to the studio via email.

Please DO NOT approach or contact individual teachers via phone, email or social media to discuss your child’s dancing. The teachers have been specifically instructed not to reply to this form of contact to protect their privacy and time, to ensure fairness and consistency of information and to prevent any miscommunications or misunderstandings. If you need to contact or wish to speak to your child’s teacher, please arrange this via email.

The best ways to stay up to date are: 

• Join the “GBT Families” facebook group where we post all the latest notes and newsletters etc. Please request to join the page and stay up to date! THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO STAY UP TO DATE WITH LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Studio information is available on our website www.glenbrookballet.com.au. 

• The studio notice board or any news, notices, sign-up sheets and/or reminders. 

• “Like” our facebook page at www.facebook.com/glenbrookballet to keep up to date with news & announcements.
