Honor Play has an amazing high performance Kirin 970 SoC with Turbo technology to boost gaming performance. Both the devices are great at performance but Honor Play is slightly better with its Kirin 970 chip.
Mi A2 is a camera beast and it is specially made keeping photography lovers in mind. The phone sports a dual 20+12 MP rear camera which produces quality images. Mi A2 has a 3010 mAh battery powering the phone which is pretty much low as compared to Honor Play which has 3750 mAh battery. Both the device comes with fast charging support which is quick charge 3.0 by Qualcomm.
The Honor Play is slightly expensive than Mi A2, so the budget also defines the preference of a buyer of a smartphone. If you have a low budget then you can go for Mi A2 which is available at Rs 16,000 and if you can spend a little more money than go for Honor Play which has more flagship like performance and design. However, Mi A2 has a boring old looks and the design which is over-used by Xiaomi in their devices such as Redmi Note 5 Pro.
