Deliv Van Training Centre (DVTC)

The Deliv Van Training Centre (or DVTC for short) is a training centre for delivery trucks in Vroomtastic, located in the city's central business district (Downtown). Inside the building there appears to be graffiti on the walls, often containing cryptic messages, as well as dirt and mildew on the walls. There are also pictures of Freddie inside the building too. The building is completely empty, with no one appearing to live or work in the DVTC aside from Freddie and Dave as of FTCT 2. This implies that it may have shut down entirely before the events of Freddie the Christian Truck, as Freddie actually trained there when he was younger.
