From the Grave Magazine was recently started as a creative outlet for alternative music fans, artists, and other industry professionals. It is a form of creative expression through photography, music, and all forms of media. The main goal is to help fans connect with their favorite artists through other mediums, and to shine a light on things that often get overlooked in the music industry. We are eager to expand and continue building a safe community for everyone to express themselves freely and create connections that will support the ability for everyone to thrive.
Our logo actually represents the recent "emo" resurgence that started in the 2020's. Many alternative artists who were popular at the height of the original craze, (mid 2000's- mid 2010's) were able to grab the attention of thousands of new fans through various social media platforms, and continued reaching a new height in their careers. Others have been reverting back to their old sound and even reuniting in hopes to get in on the action. In addition to this, there's a rise in new music within the alternative scene, many teens and young adults have started their own music careers, giving this generation a voice through a genre of music that gave others their voice in the previous decades.
