Alright folks, I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted a Mountain Dew review. I have a confession to make: I actually tasted this one and took the photo a few months ago, but completely dropped the ball on writing about it. Life got busy, and it slipped my mind. I apologize.

Better late than never though, right? So let’s dive in now.

This little beauty is Baja Cabo Citrus. Like all the other Baja Dews, it has some Baja Blast in it, but its most prominent flavor is definitely orange. If there are any Livewire fans reading this, you are going to absolutely love this one, because it’s basically Livewire with a splash of Baja Blast.

Personally, I’m not super into orange sodas, so Baja Cabo Citrus is pretty underwhelming for me compared to the rest of the Baja series. I do have one nice thing to say about it though. See on the bottle how it says that it pairs well with Doritos? Yeah, that is 100% true. I ate a Doritos Locos taco from Taco Bell while drinking this, and it absolutely enhanced the experience.

If you enjoy orange sodas, I totally recommend this one. If you’re like me and don’t care that much for orange soda, I would still give it a try; just have some Doritos with it.
