ДОГОВОР ПУБЛИЧНОЙ ОФЕРТЫ (ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ МОЕГО ЛИЧНОГО ВРЕМЕНИ)

1.1. Последствия нарушения Моих прав и прав иных лиц, нарушение прав которых затрагивает Мои личные интересы наказываются всеми возможными способами и по Моему усмотрению без ущерба для меня.

1.2. Суверен (Живой Мужчина или Живая Женщина) подсуден только Суду Суверенов или суду, права и полномочия которому было дано Сувереном.

1.2.2. В соответствии с нормами различных правовых систем, Суверен (Живой Мужчина или Живая Женщина) охраняется обществом, международными организациями, как высшая ценность в обществе, государстве, на планете Земля и на других территориях.

1.2.3. Нарушение каких либо прав и основных свобод Суверена подпадает под действие международных и иных правовых документов и в частности документа «УСТАВ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО ВОЕННОГО ТРИБУНАЛА ДЛЯ СУДА И НАКАЗАНИЯ ГЛАВНЫХ ВОЕННЫХ ПРЕСТУПНИКОВ ЕВРОПЕЙСКИХ СТРАН ОСИ (Принят в г.Лондоне 8 августа 1945 года)» и нарушивший права Суверена подлежит наказанию за совершённые преступления.

1.3. При прекращении со Мной ранее заключенных устных или письменных соглашений (договоров), сторона, имеющая со Мной взаимоотношения на данный момент, должна возместить Мне все вложенные мной средства с капитализацией и с учётом инфляции согласно данного договора).

1.4. При нарушении Моих прав и законных интересов или наступлении последствий несоблюдения договора или причинённого мне ущерба, вреда и иных расходов, затрат и потерь с моей стороны и заинтересованных третьих лиц, форм собственности и иных образований, сторона, нарушившая Мои права, права третьих лиц и законные интересы выплачивает Мне и иным лицам счёт на выставленную сумму из расчёта отнятых у Меня свободных дней или отнятого у меня и у иных лиц времени прямо или косвенно от 1 (одного) кг. чистого золота 999 (девятьсот девяносто девятой) пробы за каждый 1 (один) день (24 часа) Моей жизни (или в ликвидном эквиваленте, по моему усмотрению) стоимости на день подписания Мной данного волеизъявления.

1.5. При согласии с Моим волеизъявлением, сторона, принявшая его, обязуется соблюдать условия и несёт ответственность за несоблюдение условий договора и возмещает Мне и иным лицам все понесённые затраты, расходы, причинённый Мне и иным лицам ущерб Моих текущих затрат за каждый 1 (один) день Моей жизни от 1 (одного) кг. чистого золота 999 (девятьсот девяносто девятой) пробы (или в ликвидном эквиваленте, по Моему усмотрению) стоимости на день подписания Мной данного волеизъявления.

1.6. При наличии уже имеющихся взаимоотношений или отсутствии взаимоотношений и несогласии другой стороны о принятии данного Моего волеизъявления, любые взаимоотношения с не принявшей стороной прекращаются с возмещением всех Моих вложенных средств, времени, ресурсов с капитализацией от 300 (трёхсот) % годовых (по моему усмотрению), с учётом инфляции, как упущенная выгода) без ущерба для Меня и дальнейшее взаимоотношение со Мной возможно только с помощью письменного договора.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT (USE OF MY PERSONAL TIME)

1.1. The consequences of violation of My rights and the rights of other persons whose violation of rights affects My personal interests are punished in all possible ways and at My discretion without prejudice to me.

1.2. Sovereign (Living Man or Living Woman) is only within the jurisdiction of the Court of Sovereigns or a court to which the rights and powers have been given by the Sovereign.

1.2.2. In accordance with the rules of various legal systems, sovereign (Living Man or Living Woman) is protected by society, international organizations, as the highest value in society, the state, on planet Earth and in other territories.

1.2.3. Violation of any rights and fundamental freedoms of the Sovereign falls under the scope of international and other legal documents, and in particular the document "CHARTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL MILITARY TRIBUNAL FOR THE COURT AND PUNISHMENT OF THE MAIN MILITARY CRIMINALS OF THE EUROPEAN AXIS COUNTRIES (Adopted in London on August 8, 1945)" and violated the rights The sovereign is subject to punishment for the crimes committed.

1.6. If there are already existing relationships or the absence of relationships and the other party does not agree to accept this declaration of My will, any relationship with the non-accepting party is terminated with the reimbursement of all My invested funds, time, resources with capitalization from 300 (three hundred)% per annum (at my discretion), taking into account inflation, as a lost profit) without prejudice to Me and further relationship with Me is possible only with the help of a written contract.
