Delilah is now spayed, she has been a wonderful mama who has given us many loving little puppies to share with the world.
Now it is time for Willow to take over, but will she? She and Samson were mated for the first time, we are waiting to see if it has been successful!

This is Delilah, she was born to be a mama! She loves her babies so much! She is amazing. She allows me to help her, but she doesn't allow any of the other dogs near her precious babies.
This little boy is the first born, he is a dark chocolate, showing off his coat in the sunshine! He is mama's doppelganger; with his white chest and white toes.
His new dogma has chosen to call him Theo as he has found his Forever Home!

This little lady was the third puppy born and she is a gorgeous cafe au late, in poodle terms. She has the prettiest light chocolate coat with tan markings on her legs and beneath her tail. These markings make me think she will be a phantom, but only time will tell.
She has now found her Forever Home! We are waiting for her name.
This little tan fellow has a secret, his colors are not yet showing up very well. He does have a tail, though it is tucked under him for this photo shoot. I took him away from his snack, so he may not be the happiest little guy ever, but I had to take the picture while the sun was shining.
He is the calmest little guy ever, with hardly a wiggle when he is handled. He loves to cuddle! He is smaller than his two brothers, yet he was the first born.
This little boy has been chosen and named Phil. He will be one happy puppy with two little boys to play with in his new Forever Home.
This little fella will be a black and brown sable with a bit of white splashed on his chest. He has the beginning markings of a phantom, which could make him a tri-color phantom. His true colors have not yet shown through.
He will be a sweet little guy with the softest fur ever. His colors are showing, he is not a true black, he is a sable with chocolate mixed in with the black. He also has white tipped toes.
All of these puppies are from Samson and Delilah's past litters.
These little darlings make people so happy! That is why I breed cockapoos! Of course, I shed a tear when each one has to go to his or her forever home, but the love developing between human and pup is wonderful to witness!
Our sire, Samson the miniature poodle has a dilute gene. This made his coat turn from black to silver. This dilute gene can affect the puppies too. Please check out this website to learn more about the color combinations which can occur with these puppies. http://www.cockapooclubgb.co.uk/coat-colour-gallery.html and http://www.cockapooowners-club.org.uk/coat-colour-gallery.html# and to read about color dilution: www.doggenetics.co.uk/greying.html
