Pricing,  Payment, and Health Guarantee

As of May 1, 2021 our solid  color puppies are priced at $2,000.00 plus tax. Merles and multi colors are $2,250.00 plus tax. We do NOT have a kennel, only dogs who live in our home with us.

We, Kim and Glen, breed F1 cockapoos. We breed our registered health guaranteed cocker spaniels with a registered health guaranteed miniature poodle. This creates a puppy with a beautiful wavy coat who has a guaranteed wonderful disposition and great health. We achieve hybrid vigor! This is defined as:  Hybrid vigor, or heterosis, is the increase in stature, biomass, and fertility that characterizes the progeny of crosses between diverse parents such that the F1 is superior to the better of the two parents.

Kristin and her family breed F2 Cockapoos. An F2 Cockapoo is very similar to an F1 Cockapoo. It is created by breeding two F1 Cockapoos together, which means that it is also 50% of each initial breed.  F2 Cockapoos weights can be predicted slightly better than F1 Cockapoos because of the additional opportunity to select preferable characteristics. This means that all the puppies in the same litter are likely to be more similar in size though their coats vary and can be wavy, straight, or curly.

The puppies will have a full health check from a licensed veterinarian and  their first  set of shots, which includes distemper, measles, and para-influenza. They will come to you with all of the necessary paperwork to provide to your veterinarian when shots are next due.  Your puppy will need his or her next set of shots between 10 -12 weeks if he or she is taken home at 8 weeks.

My puppies will go to their forever homes at 8 weeks old.

Adopting: A $500 Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable deposit reserves a non-specific Cockapoo puppy. Once you put down the deposit this guarantees that you are for sure buying  a puppy and that you will be placed on the waiting list. Choice of a particular puppy is based on the order of deposits received and selections do not take place until all puppies have their eyes open and are walking.  The deposit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable unless we  are unable to provide you with a puppy. A puppy is not considered sold until we have received a deposit.

When you have for sure decided on adopting a Cockapoo puppy there are a few ways to officially reserve a puppy: first of all fill in the application.  Make sure you have contacted by either by E-mail or text to see if we approve of your application. For Kim's puppies, you will mail us a deposit. Mail the deposit to: Glen and Kim Phillips at 29925 102nd St. Trevor, WI 53179. For Kristin's puppies, you may mail your deposit or venmo it. Inquire as to our venmo if you prefer this electronic option. Please discuss adopting a puppy with us first! Without our official reply, we may not have a puppy available. They do go fast.

Reserving a Puppy

Please understand that we have had more than one person want the same Cockapoo at the same time. Because of this, if you are sure you want a particular puppy we strongly suggest that you reserve it with a completed application and a deposit. If we are confident that each party interested is a good match for our puppy we go by a first come, first serve basis, whoever completes the application and gives the deposit first gets the dog. We cannot ‘hold’ a puppy while you discuss things with your family or think about it, that takes away opportunities for the puppy to get a home. We only place puppies ‘on hold’ while we are waiting for a deposit to arrive. Seven days will be given for receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not received within seven days, the puppy will be listed again and sold to a new forever home. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a transaction if we later feel that you are not a proper match for our puppy, it is very important to us that they go to good homes!!

Puppy Pick Up

I prefer you pick up your new puppy on the day he or she is allowed to go home but I do allow a 3 day grace period for pickups before I charge a boarding fee. For example if your puppy is ready for home March 10th you will have until March 13th to pick him or her up before I charge a boarding fee. If you are not able or willing to pick up your puppy within that 3 day grace period, I do charge a boarding fee of $20 for each day they are left here from their official pick up day.

This contract is between Glen and Kim Phillips and the new owner.

Seller's Responsibility:

1. Glen and Kim Phillips guarantee the puppy is in good health, has had its first round of immunizations, and has been dewormed.  Buyer has three business days to take the puppy to a veterinarian for an examination. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, the buyer has the option of returning the puppy to the seller, at buyer’s cost, for a full refund. The buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating defect or illness. If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within the three business days, the health warranty is void.

In the event the puppy exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital defect, the buyer must supply any requested veterinary records to the seller within seven days of informing the seller of the defect. Kim Phillips has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of the seller’s choice at the seller’s expense. If the puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without a second opinion from the seller’s veterinarian, the buyer waives all rights to a replacement puppy.

4. If it is determined the puppy does have a genetic disorder that is identified within one year of purchase, the buyer has the option of a replacement puppy from the next available litter.  Your puppy need not be returned to us provided there is documented support of the medical condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and if it becomes necessary to ship a replacement puppy, those fees are to be paid by the buyer.

5. If the puppy should die from a suspected congenital defect within the 12 months of its date of purchase, an autopsy must be performed at the buyer’s expense by a licensed veterinarian acceptable to the seller’s own veterinarian. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason for the death, the seller will provide another puppy of equal value to the buyer. A written statement from the Veterinarian must be provided.
