Students: This type of technology would need to be given to students who are at an age of understanding the roles of CBT and fixed vs growth mindset. Therefore, an appropriate age to introduce this technology would be grades 6 and up (ages 11-18). Additionally, this technology should require a psych assessment in order to ensure the student is not suffering from more severe mental illnesses.
Teachers: Teachers aim to support and encourage all of their students, however, with classes of 25+, it can make things more challenging. If students were to have this technology and use it to their benefit, this can help support teachers by ensuring that the students are not left stranded in their own negative thoughts.
Parents: Parents have expectations for how they want their children to do academically. However, without the true understanding of why their child may be struggling, it is hard to manage and support children through challenging times in school. With support of this technology, hopefully parents would be able to understand and set realistic expectations for the individual child.
