At the October 10th General meeting we were honored to have the following Forsyth County School heads of departments come and speak to us.
Below are notes they wish to share and their contact information if you have more questions.
Facilities
McKnight, Bill
Chief Facilities Officer
Bowers, Valerie
Director
Finance
Richardson, Brad
Director of Procurement Services
Good Morning Pam
It was a pleasure being able to speak with your group. Please know that we’re always available to assist or consult.
One of the topics that came up was Playground equipment. Please see attached, which was sent out also to all bookkeepers this week. This list is not mandatory, nor is it exhaustive. It is however a good place to start as each of these Vendors are linked to a government solicited contract which guarantees certain pricing and terms. It also includes a copy of the Immigration Document that was also discussed and would be required by State Law for any project exceeding 2500.
Thank you
