Genesis 37

Have you ever been jealous? It is hard to see your friends, brothers or sisters getting to do things that you really wanted. It is not good to be jealous, but when it happens you can ask God to help you congratulate that person. God can help you change your jealousy into rejoicing for that person.

Have you ever been in Joseph's situation? Have you ever been given an award that your brothers or sisters wanted? Joseph went around bragging to his brothers about his dream and that did not make his brothers like him. Joseph already had been given a coat from their father. His eleven brothers knew he was the favorite son.

Even though Joseph was bragging about his coat and dreams, his brothers should have not tried to harm him. But God was with Joseph. Let me say that again, God was with Joseph. Isn't that the best! Even though his brothers tried to harm Joseph, God turned it to good. God can take your bad moment and make them good. Pray and thank God for working in your life.
