Criterion involves:
- Assessment of the needs of the learners and the learners' knowledge and skill levels.
- Flow of the simulation with or without interruptions.
- The importance of consistency in simulation-based experiences.
- Collection of assessment and evaluation data.
As with all teaching and learning experiences, the delivery of consistent simulation-based experiences across cohorts of participants is essential.
