The timeline for the September 2025 GSA Elections is as follows:
September 8 - 21, 2025: Nomination Period Open
September 23-29, 2025: Voting Period
To nominate yourself as a candidate, please submit the following information by September 21st at 11:59pm EST to the GSA elections email, gsa.elections@utoronto.ca

Note: As per the GSA Constitution Article 12 - Elections, subsection G - Vacant Positions, if in the event that all elections for an academic year are concluded and there remains vacant positions for Executive Committee roles, the GSA can then start to accept applications for these positions and will appoint the most qualified student without an election.
Elections were conducted through SimplyVoting, an online voting platform provided by the University of Toronto.
Eligible voters were registered as full-time and part-time MSW students at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work.
Students could only vote for other students in their cohort, except when the position does not specify a cohort (general position)
Voters were only permitted to vote once.
No proxy votes were be permitted.
