FIDM students have the opportunity to apply for the 2019 DENIM DESIGN AWARD. All FIDM students enrolled in Winter 2019 quarter are eligible.
Congratulations to Reanne Wang on being a 2019 DENIM DESIGN AWARD finalist. Her product will be shown in Berlin this July.
As finalists, FIDM students traveled to Italy and other countries to present their designs to the industry.

The students created an in depth marketing plan up to 40 pages in length appropriate to the theme of UnDocumented. This plan included all sections of the checklist provided by ISKO I-SKOOL™. The students had approximately three months to complete the project. The content was specific to the requirements, but the overall layout and presentation was up to the student team’s discretion.
The Finalist were sent to Milan, Italy to present their marketing campaign to a panel of industry judges. FIDM’s team was 1 of 11 schools chosen internationally to present. The team, Cicily Frye & Gina Claridge, competed with schools from China, England, Italy, and other United States schools.
