The draft decision notice to outline planning application 16/00506/OUTM sets out that future reserved matters applications shall be carried out in substantial accordance with the Illustrated Masterplan rev I and the Design and Access Statement (draft condition 6 refers). Draft condition 5 also requires that reserved matters for any phase or sub phase shall be carried out in accordance with the following parameter plans:-

Parameter Plan C Residential Density;
Parameter Plan D Access;
Parameter Plan E Green Infrastructure;
Parameter Plan F Phasing
