The draft decision notice to outline planning application 16/00506/OUTM sets out that future reserved matters applications shall be carried out in substantial accordance with the Illustrated Masterplan rev I and the Design and Access Statement (draft condition 6 refers). Draft condition 5 also requires that reserved matters for any phase or sub phase shall be carried out in accordance with the following parameter plans:-

• Parameter Plan A Application Boundary;

• Parameter Plan B Land Use;

• Parameter Plan C Residential Density;

• Parameter Plan D Access;

• Parameter Plan E Green Infrastructure;

• Parameter Plan F Phasing

These Parameters Plan are detailed below and have been used as the basis for developing the proposed layout for Phase 1.
