At the highest point of Cabo del Sol, with privileged views of the ocean and the golf course, lies a 2,400 m² lot where a two-level residence of approximately 900 m² is being developed. The home features a primary suite, five additional bedrooms, a game room, and a home theater.

Outdoors, facing the ocean, there is a zero-edge pool and an open-air pavilion that frame the surrounding landscape. The double-height social areas create a spatial sequence that naturally leads to terraces, where the view is anchored by the sea on the horizon.

At the highest point of Palmilla Hill, overlooking the Sea of Cortez, the renovation of an approximately 800m2 residence took place, with a clear focus on framing the spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez and San Jose del Cabo. The housing program is developed on three levels, including a basement where the garage is located. The ground floor is composed of public spaces and the main bedrooms, while the upper floor contains the guest bedrooms. It is worth mentioning that the essence of the house lies in the fact that all habitable spaces have a view of the sea, so the focus of the renovation was to create much greater openness and lightness, allowing the dominant element to become the views

We developed the design for the construction of a residential complex consisting of 30 medium-income housing units, in Tepepan, located in the southern part of Mexico City  was developed in Tepepan, in collaboration with PACA Architects 

The preliminary design for a 20-unit housing complex was developed in Bexar County, Texas, featuring homes of approximately 300m2 on a two-level program. The project included the initial landscape design for the complex, as well as the development of a standard housing prototype. The proposed materials for construction include concrete, wood, and prefabricated panels, tailored to suit the local construction systems.
