With the sound of waves and the salty aroma as a backdrop, the development of a cabin within a vacation villa took place. Designed for relaxation with a view of the vast open sea of the Pacific Ocean, the approximately 60m2 cabin elevates its platform from ground level to allow for better views in the public areas on the ground floor, while leaving the upper floor for the bedroom, which features an open terrace overlooking the sea.
The interior design was done in collaboration with designer Liz Lambert, and typical construction methods of the region were explored.
