Saving a PDF Copy

You can save a PDF copy of the document in two places:

    • The Review Sidebar
    • The Grade Sidebar

The Save a non-editable draft text field is the name of the folder for your PDF to be saved in.

This folder can be found in your Google drive's My Drive > docASSIST > Drafts.

When the Save Draft button is clicked, you will be prompted with a confirmation dialog.

Then another dialog is shown with a link to your PDF.

The PDF will be named the same as the name of the document you are currently saving.

Note: If you save multiple copies of the same document, there will be a suffix added with the version number the copy.
