My name is Todd Burke and I am the general music teacher at Pierce Elementary and Eisenhower Elementary. I am a graduate of Wayne State University, and before teaching in Flint, I taught music in Arizona for 9 years. I have taught both band and general music, and I enjoy teaching and playing music as well. I currently perform in church services and I also play regular gigs with my girlfriend. We play a mix of Celtic music and traditional folk music. Besides teaching, I am a huge hockey fan, and I love the Detroit Red Wings. I am looking forward to getting back in the classroom, once this covid situation is finished.
