Defining of learning concept

Participants: 15 regional coach education managers (first key CD's)

The goal of this meeting was to reach a common perception of learning concept and lay participants open to LEARNS -principles.

What we did?

Defining learning concept:

1. Small group discussion to open participants to think around the topic

• How do coaches learn to coach?
• How do players learn the sport best?
• What kind of education processes we should have to get effective learning?
• What does CD's need to do?

2. Some theories behind and looking ways what FAF has done

• The variety of learning theories
• Bloom's taxonomy
• FAF's educations and what is written about ways of learning in education processes

3. Small group work - defining learning concept

• In groups think how does good learning look like in our educations. Pick up five key things
• Create also tweet that describes learning concept
• Create hastags (#) and
• Think which kind of picture could describe your groups learning concept?
• Write them down on a flipchart or power point.
