LEARNS-principles are based on researches in adult pedagogy and different learning theories (for example Kolb's Experiental Learning Model). We can't make people learn, if they aren't wanting to learn. As Coach developers we can do many things to increase the likelihood of learning taking place by basing what we do on sound learning principles. LEARNS is an acronym that describes 6 key principles.
