Aquacise

A low impact class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion your feet, knees and back.

Need: Aqua shoes, dumbbells recommended

A gentle and low impact aquatic activity. The stretches performed in the water allow the body to relieve stress, improve flexibility and balance. Experience familiar yoga poses in a new way and practice movements in the water that they may be unachievable on land.
