This is a low intensity full body workout that combines cardio, strength, balance and flexibility, modified to a seated position. Some standing beside or behind the chair may occur. A perfect exercise for those just starting an exercise routine.

Click on the CALENDAR.
A list of classes will appear.
Click on DAY AND TIME you would like to attend class
Click VIEW(under the maybe) to ensure you are added to the class.

24 hours in advance of class.
