Chair Yoga brings the best of a yoga practice to those who require or prefer sitting, standing beside or behind a chair.


You will explore versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild backbends.

 

The class will help you stay healthy and confident by focusing on developing small and large muscle groups, stretching, balancing and strength building.

 

This class will help you maintain mobility, improve flexibility, cultivate mindfulness and increase body awareness.

 

Need: Comfortable loose clothing


Cardio Drumming is a fun, full-body exercise that combines drumming, rhythm, and music to improve cardiovascular health:

Equipment: Participants use drumsticks to hit a stability ball placed in a bucket.

Movement: Cardio drumming involves a variety of movements, such as drumming overhead, to the side, and between the legs. It can also incorporate dance moves, lunges, and jumping jacks.

Benefits: Cardio drumming can improve heart rate, rhythm, motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. It can also strengthen the upper body and burn calories.

Accessibility: Cardio drumming is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted for those with injuries or limitations.

Group setting: Cardio drumming is often done in a group setting with an instructor
