DRAGON FEAR
The dragon radiates an aura of intidimation around the general area. All creatures within 30 ft must make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw or else be paralyzed while in the dragon's presence. Once the saving throw has been made successfully in any dragon's presence, that individual is immune to all dragon fear from then on.

The dragon exhales lightning in a 40-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking full damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

The dragon exhales smoke in a 10 ft radius. Each creature in that radius must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, falling asleep for 2 hours on a failed save, staying awake on a successful one.

BACKSTORY
Part of a noble line that guards the fairy realm. You spent most of your time working with the fairies, so you ended up becoming fairykind and developed powers similar to Raxtus. You were called upon to be a special guardian on this mission.

You look like a beautiful Asian dragon the length of a football field. You have aqua colored scales that shimmer like the northern lights.
HUMAN FORM
You look like a beautiful, young Asian woman. You have white hair with shimmery blue strands. You have aqua eyes, the same color as your scales. In human form, you wear a lovely kimono patterned like light shimmering over water.
