The IUCEE-EWB TCE Student Chapter organized its valedictory ceremony for the year 2020-21 on January 21, 2022, through Google meet.

The main objective of this event is to bid farewell to the office bearers who were successful in making the EWB – TCE student chapter a strong and sound student community during their tenure. They received awards as a token of appreciation.
Also, through this event, the EWB- TCE student chapter launched their magazine named THE TWILIGHT – LIGHT OF ENLIGHTENING MINDS which had its theme primarily on AI and IoT. This magazine had its contributions from students of TCE through articles, drawings, and various riddles.
The event began with a prayer song, followed by a welcome address for the chief guests, principal, faculty mentors, chapter president, and other students. After the welcome speech, the Principal, Dr.M.Palaninatharaja gave a short speech to welcome everyone and described the working of the EWB chapter. Followed by this, the past activities conducted by the student chapter in the academic year 2020-21 were presented. The achievements, awards, and recognition of students’ chapter members were also brought to notice. It was followed by the Chief guest's Welcome address. Her achievements were also briefed. Then, the chief guest of the event, Ms. SampadaPachaury, gave a short speech about the works and processes behind IUCEE. She also introduced about Student development cell of IUCEE and its Website. She described the roadmap and projects of 2022 and encouraged students to attend monthly meetings of the chapter.
Next, the first Magazine of the student chapter, Twilight, was launched in the digital format.

The chief guest launched the magazine by verbally addressing it and sharing a few words about the initiative. Next, the Faculty Advisor, Dr. Saravana Perumal shared his experience as the faculty advisor of the chapter and described the evolution of the chapter. He also briefed about the first Student’s annual conference. Next, the Note of Appreciation for the Chapter’s Office bearers was given virtually. At last, the event ended with a Vote of Thanks.
This event was organized successfully with the help of each team - starting from the design team for creating content required for the event and the technical team for sharing information about the event on various social platforms. Lastly, the organizing team organized the event in a smooth and punctual manner.
This event gave fellow students an opportunity to understand the motive of this community and also motivates them to take up responsibilities in developing a healthy student chapter and thus developing leadership qualities.
