The webinar “Build your leadership skills” was so helpful to develop leadership skills and communication skills. Communication,Positivity,Motivation,Flexibility,Planning and Responsibilty plays a major role in leadership.Successful and unsuccessful people don't vary greatly in their abilities. They vary in their desires to reach their potentials.Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It is about impact, influence and inspiration. A leader is a dealer in hope.
