The Korean club was divided into several groups and started a project to teach Korean culture to first graders. The topic I did was to explain the Korean flag, and it also made it possible for students to do activities to draw the Korean flag themselves to see what the shape of the flag symbolizes. Since they are first-year students, I wrote down the easiest words and a few characters on the slide. In addition, I attempted to make it easier to understand by inserting pictures, and important words were bold so that students could focus on them. I tried to teach it fun by choosing slides containing characters not to be bored.
During this project, I learned how to present in front of people and attract attention, and I also understood how to do it skillfully when answering questions. Moreover, I learned cooperation and communication because I worked on this project with other students. It's my first time teaching something to other people, so I can't say everything went well, but I finished the project safely and smoothly because I had colleagues.
