This Game is currently being made for the GGz Central as part of an ongoing assignment spanning over 6 month. This assignment consists of turning an already existing card game system surrounding social contacts into a new gamified digital artefact for online therapy.
The Card Game given to us by GGz Central handles multiple topics related to forming and maintaining social connections. This Concept was fully reliant on text and text based answers. With the industry and overall therapy expierence already being flooded with this we decided to design alternative answering methods. These methods are far more visual and gamified but relay the same amount of information to the therapist and creates a quick overview and stepping stone for future sessions.
(the illustrations i made are mock ups designed to communicate the concepts to the team and client and are therefor subject to change)
The Level Design of Robottle has been a matter of trial and error. However our team was lucky enough to be able to host many playtest during development. Which continually provided me with feedback and crucial information that i was able to use to prefect the level design not only for gamer but also for the GGz target audience who might have never gamed before.
