Eternos Empire is a safe space for queer folks. Do not violate this expectation.
This command allows you to save your current location as your personal "home" on the server.
Note this is a process separate and unrelated to Towny. See the Towny Tutorial for info on using Towny to protect your land from others.
What it Does: Saves the exact spot you are standing on so you can teleport back later.
How to Use: Simply type /sethome in chat and press Enter. Your current location will be saved as "home".
Important Notes:
One Default Home: By default, all players can set only one home, and it will be named "home".
Choose Wisely: Make sure you are in a safe and convenient location when you use /sethome. This is where you will return when you use /home.
Overwriting: Using /sethome again will replace your previously saved home location.
Multi-Home Permission: Players with multi-home permission enabled can set additional homes with custom names using /sethome <homename>. Please refer to the "Additional Homes for Players with Multi-Home Permission" section for more details.
This command allows you to teleport back to the location you saved with /sethome.
What it Does: Instantly moves you to your saved "home" location.
How to Use: Type /home in chat and press Enter to return to your default home. If you have multi-home permission enabled and have set multiple homes, use /home <homename> to go to a specific named home.
Crucial Information:
Teleport Delay: There is a 5-second delay before the teleport occurs. You must remain completely still during this countdown. Any movement will cancel the teleport, and you will not be charged.
Teleport Cost: Each use of the /home command costs $5 in-game currency. This fee will be automatically deducted from your balance upon successful teleportation. If the teleport is canceled due to movement or insufficient funds, you will not be charged.
Insufficient Funds: If you do not have at least $5 in your in-game balance, the /home command will fail, and you will receive a notification.
This command displays a list of all the homes you currently have set.
What it Does: Shows you the names of your saved home locations.
How to Use: Simply type /homes in chat and press Enter.
Important Notes:
Standard Players: You will typically only see "home" listed here.
Players with Multi-Home Permission: If you have multi-home permission enabled, you will see all your named homes listed here as well.
This command allows you to remove a previously saved home location.
What it Does: Erases a saved home, making it no longer accessible via /home.
How to Use:
To delete your default home, type /delhome and press Enter.
If you have multi-home permission enabled and want to delete a specific named home, type /delhome <homename> (e.g., /delhome oldfarm).
Important Note: Once a home is deleted, the location is lost, and you will need to use /sethome again if you want to return to that spot in the future.
Players who have been granted multi-home permission can set and manage multiple home locations. Acquiring Multi-Home Permission is usually a perk of being a paid member, but can be sometimes acquired by other legitemate means.
Setting Additional Homes: Use the command /sethome <homename>, replacing <homename> with a unique name for each additional location (e.g., /sethome farm, /sethome shop).
Teleporting to Named Homes: To return to a specific named home, use the command /home <homename>, again remembering the 5-second delay and the $10 fee.
Viewing All Homes: The /homes command will list all your set homes, including your default "home" and any additional named homes.
Deleting Named Homes: You can remove specific named homes using /delhome <homename>.
It is possible to lose Multi-Home Permission after having had it. In this case, if a player had created a second or more homes, the player:
Keeps their existing homes.
Can still teleport to their existing homes.
Cannot set any new additional homes.
Can still delete their existing homes.
