(Sangha House - Monks Residence)
We are a small informal group of people interested in practicing and promoting Buddhist Philosophy of Life. We maintain a private Sangha House (accommodation facility for Buddhist Monks). We frequently invite Buddhist monks to come and reside at our Sangha house to conduct short term retreat programs, talks on Buddhism and meditation teaching and practice.

Practicing Dhamma
Buddhist teachings is based on the inherent nature of suffering in life and how to end suffering. Two major tools for practicing Dhamma, are mindfulness and clear comprehension (sati and sampajañña).
Lord Buddha's advice for us is to be aware of the thoughts that are happening in our mind. Some examples are the thoughts of loving kindness, hatred, doubt, greed, worry, happiness and sadness. Buddhist practice encourages us to be mindful, which is the practice to be aware of the objects of consciousness that constantly arise and fade away - impermanent and ever-changing nature of mind.
We are all encouraged to be aware and not to get lost through the six sense doors, namely, the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, of which most common are the the eye and the mind doors. Avoid getting lost in the world of thoughts or intensely focusing on an object. By consistently being aware, not getting lost in thoughts or over-focusing, we can achieve clear comprehension, clarity of consciousness.
