Application Form

Students attending Tramore Road Campus can apply for our Erasmus+ program by filling out our application form. Applications are open to all students attending the college and considered in a fair and equitable manner upholding the objectives of the European Union Erasmus+ program of inclusion, diversity and participation of those with fewer opportunities. All students need to be over 18yrs of age at the time of application. Please contact bartley.burns@csn.ie for any questions in relation to Erasmus.

Tramore Road Campus Privacy Statement

This statement relates to the privacy practices of Tramore Road Campus – CETB College of Further Education in connection with the campus’s Erasmus+ programme and in particular the collection of necessary data during the application process for Erasmus+. Tramore Road Campus respects your right to privacy and actively seeks to preserve the privacy rights of those who share personal information (also known as personal data) with Tramore Road Campus.

How Tramore Road Campus uses your personal data

On some parts of the application form and during the project you may be asked to volunteer personal information (for example submission of Date of Birth, phone no. photo of passport/EHIC Card etc). Tramore Road Campus principally uses your information under the legal basis of consent. An example of this would be the requirement for personal data during the application process for Erasmus+ . Tramore Road Campus may also process your information under the legal basis of contract whereby the processing is necessary for a contract you have with us, or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

Any personal information processed by Tramore Road Campus in connection with Erasmus+ will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018. Accordingly, Tramore Road Campus shall only process such information in line with the purpose for which you provided it to the extent necessary to provide you with the information or service you require.

Tramore Road Campus shall not disclose your information to third parties unless you are specifically informed otherwise or we require a third party contractors to process the information on our behalf (in which case Tramore Road Campus requires these third parties to comply with its instructions and we require that they do not use your personal information for their own business purposes, unless you have explicitly consented to the use of your personal information in this way).

Retention of your data

In keeping with the data protection principles, we will only store your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was submitted to Tramore Road Campus and in accordance with the college’s Records Management Policy and records retention schedules.
