Although a great number of students will be involved in the school activities of the project, only a part of them will be able to participate in the mobilities.
As for the mobilities the most suitable participating pupils will be selected on the basis of clear, transparent, coherent criteria, including language and relational skills, as well as the personal motivation. Half of the selected pupils will have a migrant background. Different groups of students can participate in each mobility, so that more students have the chance to take part in the Erasmus+ experience.
The accompanying persons will have the task to assist pupils integrating in the hosting school, to help them to solve possible critical situations, and encourage students to develop initiative, creativity and cooperation skills in researching, gathering information and implementing the project tasks.
Indeed the participating teachers will have been actively involved in the implementation of the project, have a profound interest in disseminating the project goals through their teaching at school and be able and willing to contribute to the TEAMS activities in a constructive way.
The teachers of the Erasmus+ team will also be responsible for arranging the practical aspects of the mobilities, such as making travel arrangements, taking care of accommodation and ensuring the safety of the mobilities in every possible way.
