Mobility in Italy

The mobility to Italy took place on March 28 - April 1, 2022. Despite difficult covid times, all partner schools took part in it.

The first day was very intense. In the morning we went to the partner school which is located in the charming medieval village of Mogliano. After the welcome ceremony, the students in groups took part in sports and art classes. This was followed by online healthy lifestyle quizzes. There was a lot of excitement and fun.

Then we visited Mogliano on a guided tour by extraordinary guides - senior students of the host school. We admired the medieval monuments of Mogliano, including the churches, the theater and the museum of sacred art. After sightseeing, we returned to school for dance workshops and a show of wicker weaving, for which Mogliano is famous. The day ended with a joint dinner.

The second day in Italy was also full of great impressions. In the morning we visited the beautiful Grotte di Frasassi cave. Then we went to nearby Ancona - the capital of the region where we were staying. After visiting the city, it was time for a little relaxation on the beach with the sound of the Adriatic waves. In the evening we all met for an official dinner with delicious Italian food. Of course, pizza and pasta could not be missing!

We spent the last day in the capital - Rome. We expected the Eternal City to impress us, but this visit exceeded our expectations. We admired the ancient arena of the Colosseum, traveled back to ancient times watching the Roman Forum, walked around the most important squares and saw the most important monuments of Rome.

The whole trip provided us with amazing impressions and unforgettable experiences. Once again, we have found out that thanks to projects such as Erasmus, students from European schools can develop and gain new skills and competences. Each trip to a partner country enriches us with invaluable experiences, broadens our horizons and opens us to other cultures and customs.
