Overall, the students (N 48) were slightly more critical than teachers when evaluating the blended mobility weeks. Quite big part of the students responded that their opinion is neutral in almost all the questions. It might be that the questions were not clear for them. Also, in some question there was more than one or two students who disagreed or strongly disagreed with the proposition.
The students (N 50) were asked, what were the most important experiences during the blended mobility weeks. They were allowed to choose as many options as they wanted. For the students the most important experience during the weeks was meeting new people. Major part of them (84%) chose this as one of the most important experience. Also practicing language (78%) and learning new things (66%) was important experience for major part of staff members. For about half of the students also thought making new friends (58%) and working in groups (52%) was important. Also, multicultural collaboration (44%) and free time and cultural program (40%) was important for almost half of the students. Getting new working life skills (18%) and digital tools (10%) wasn’t that important experiences for the students during the blended mobility weeks.
The students were asked to describe in their own words, what three things they have learned they could put in practice. The main points of their answers are collected here as a word cloud (Figure7). They mentioned many important things like language skills, some practical skills (carpentering, making gnocchi's) but also practical skills when it comes to traveling. They also got more self-confidence, gained teamwork skills and communicational skills. They made new friends and learned about other countries history and school system. Overall the blended mobility weeks had been good and inspirational for the students. The students were asked to evaluate, how do they rate their experience in these weeks overall. In the scale from 1 to 5 the average of all the blended mobility weeks was 4,30. Most satisfied the students were about Cambridge -week (av.4,67).
