Theme: Evaluation of the On- the-job learning and Curating as digital career skills.
The theme of our fourth meeting was Evaluation of the On- the-job learning and Curating as digital career skills. Teachers prepared a short presentation of their organization’s approach to “Evaluation of the On- the-job learning” and Evaluation process during and in the end of on-the-job-learning (including Skills demonstrations and Final evaluation).
The aim of the week was to focus on the eight key competencies needed for personal fulfillment, a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, employability, active citizenship and social inclusion identified by the European Council. These competences are:
literacy
multilingualism
numerical, scientific, and engineering skills
digital and technology-based competences
interpersonal skills and the ability to adopt new competences
active citizenship
entrepreneurship
cultural awareness and expression
Our working life representative presented the task for the week which focused on the digital working life skills.
During the week the multynational teams created posters of digital CVs and webpages for their fictional person. Teams built their backgrounds and highlighted their skills on the CVs. Some students did manage to create a digital CV to themselves as well. The main goal was to practice and use digital tools in creating a CV.
