Overall, the staff members (N 43) thought blended mobility weeks were well organized. Average on the scale 1 –5 (1=Strongly Disagree -5=Strongly Agree) was 4,33. The staff members were most satisfied with the organization of the Cambridge blended mobility week (Average 4,61) and Tampere blended mobility week (Average 4,31). The staff members also thought the timetables during the blended mobility weeks were generally really good. Average on the scale 1 -5 was 4,33. The staff members (N 43) were asked, what were the most important experiences during the blended mobility weeks. They could choose as many options as they wanted. For the staff members the most important experience during the weeks was sharing the ideas and discussions with colleagues. Almost all of them (91%) chose this as one of the most important experience. Also sharing the experience with the students was important experience for major part of staff members (72%). For about half of the staff members also thought multicultural collaboration (58%), practicing languages (51%), meeting new people (49%) and getting ideas about variety of on the-job-learning (47%) was important. Getting ideas of teaching digital skills (35%) and free time and cultural program (19%) wasn’t that important experiences for the staff members during the blended mobility weeks.
