Learning together and collaboratively is more fun.
During our Erasmus trip to Latvia, the group of students and teachers visited various places of interest. The trip included a visit to a botanical garden, in which we learned about plants, a space intelligence centre, where we did different educational activities, and we satisfied our sweet tooth at the candy factory. We also discovered the city of Riga and immersed ourselves in its rich culture and history. We have also mentioned the prestigious school of Madliena in which we engaged in winter sports activities, and of course, we did different educational activities like a pottery workshop and we learned about Latvian traditions. All the activities mentioned before were related to the different objectives of the Erasmus project, such as healthy habits, cooperation, communication and information technology, and of course the environmental plan. Our trip concluded with visiting a military NATO base in Adazi, and we became the first school which have entered into it. Overall, it was a fun and educational trip where the group got to explore different aspects of Riga and learn about its culture and history. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore the best of Riga and create memories that will last a lifetime. Don't miss out on this exciting adventure!.... February 2024
Visit to the NATO military deterrence and defense base in Adazi
Our students and our friends from the Madliena educational center know the work of many soldiers to deter and maintain peace between peoples.
A different way of making Europe and feeling like brothers in common defense.
Thanks to NATO and the Ministries of Defense of Latvia and Spain, for giving us this opportunity, within our ERASMUS visit in Latvia.
