Club Presentation: RC Brighton & Hove Soirée

Pip Weitz is the driving force behind The Rotary Family Festival, bringing together The Big Help Out and The Rotary Children's Fun Day on behalf of the Brighton & Hove Soirée Rotary Club.  Today she shares the remarkable journey of how The Rotary Family Festival has grown into one of the area's flagship community events. She explores why high-profile events are such powerful opportunities to showcase Rotary, attract new members and volunteers, and demonstrate the difference Rotarians make—all while promoting the simple message that helping others should be fun.

Drawing on real-life experience, Pip will also reveal the 12 biggest challenges of organising a large-scale community festival, the lessons learned along the way, and the ideas that any Rotary club can take away to create bigger impact in their own communities.
