Jill Benedict is the Executive Director of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Commission and a member of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe. At the age of 45, more than 20 years after obtaining her bachelor’s, Jill decided to pursue an MS in Management at SUNY Potsdam in the Organizational Leadership track. Sarah was born in Boston, MA, raised in Massena, NY, lived & worked in  California, and has returned to the SUNY Potsdam region. Growing up in the North Country, she enjoyed playing ice hockey, sneaking off to the neighboring country for the Canadian delicacy - poutine - and spending time on the mighty St. Lawrence River in the summer. Sarah built an e-portfolio as part of her learning in the MS in Instructional Design & Educational Technology program at SUNY Potsdam. Her instructional design (ID) portfolio includes content from her ID work at SUNY Potsdam and her recently revamped site  now serves both job search and career purposes. Dr. Spyrou, professor of physics at Michigan State University is an academic who shares her experimental nuclear physics exploration through her e-portfolio for the express purpose of learning out loud. In an article in the Chronicle of Higher Education, Artemis Spyrou said,

 It’s important for scientists to talk about their research and their discoveries because if they don’t someone else will. 

Laura Perry's Learn with Laura site is a space to showcase her ongoing learning as well as to share her own expertise in multiple fields. As an administrator in higher ed and an "instructional designer in training" in the SUNY Potsdam Instructional Design & Ed Tech (IDET) masters protram, Laura is able to make - and share - connections and resources through her e-portfolio, made with Wix.com.

In Maddy Cloonan's first shot at creating her e-portfolio for our Leading in a Changing World course, she showcased her emerging knowledge and skills in powerful ways. Maddy's a graduate student in the MS Management online program at SUNY Potsdam. 

Yes, that's me. I created itchybrain.ca because I am committed to cradle-to-grave learning, on my own, with my students, and with others world wide. Doing so publicly is not necessarily a walk in the park. I feel vulnerable and a little exhilarated each time I add content to it. 

I use my itchybrain.ca e-portfolio for many purposes, but mostly it's about learning out loud.
