The portfolio approach is designed to create a customized learning experience for you, wherein you identify and specify goals that are RELEVANT and MEANINGFUL to you based on the course competencies.
Go to your portfolio site and navigate to the relevant course
Go through the course competencies specified at the top of the page
For more information about the competency-based curriculum, click on the links on the page itself, OR visit https://sites.google.com/view/epheportfolioguide/ephe-competencies
In the “Competency Goals” section on the course page
You’ll see a text box that asks, “What are your learning goals for this course in relation to the competencies?”
Replace this with your own goals for each of the three competencies
Specify individual goals (at least 1) for each competency
Hit “publish” on your website
Upload the relevant assignment on your course page in your portfolio
In the text box under the upload, reflect on your development in relation to your course goals
Be specific in terms of how your session reflections show your progress towards your course goal(s)
This is about you thinking about how you’ve developed in a way that is meaningful to you
Hit “publish” on your website
Note: Remember that the reflections you offer in your portfolio are not being assessed by me or anyone else. They are meant to help you keep developing towards your own goals, career aspirations, and personal growth.
