The following EPAs  should be focused on during this rotation:

• COD3: Assessing patients with medical and/or psychosocial complexity (link to form)  (Focus on this EPA only if it hasn't already been achieved, otherwise prioritize the other EPAs listed)

• COD4: Diagnosing and managing pediatric patients (link to form)

• COD8- Recognizing and managing suspected child maltreatment and/or neglect (link to form: COD8)

• COD11: Coordinating transitions of care for patients with medical or psychosocial complexity (link to form)

• COD14 A and B:  Providing teaching and feedback ( link to formA formB)
