The Level TWO Year
...in a nutshell...
LEVEL 2 students are recommended by their previous teacher and should already be able to demonstrating mastery of:
identifying subject pronouns
conjugating regular verbs
using adjectives appropriately as they relate to gender and number of nouns.
understand the basic questions words (qué, quién, cuándo, cuántos, dónde, por qué, cómo, cuál).

This course continues to build upon the knowledge gained in the level-one course. Vocabulary is practiced contextually in oral and written form. We will expand on what you already learned focusing on communicating in the past tense through listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Further study of Hispanic culture is included.

Much of what we do this year provides the practice and experimentation using the grammar learned from. Students will be given several different types of Project-Based Learning activities that will require students to utilize all four of their language skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
