This course will expand your comprehension and ability to communicate in Spanish through listening, speaking, reading, and writing. You will build an extensive vocabulary, gain knowledge of new grammatical constructions and study the culture of the countries where Spanish is spoken. Students will perform basic functions in the language: engage in conversation, understand and interpret the language, present ideas, demonstrate an understanding among practices, products, and perspectives of the target culture and make comparisons to their own language and culture.
