Autoreflection
Throughout this class, I connected English to real situations in my daily life. Topics like giving directions, household chores, and practical vocabulary helped me practice the language in a more natural and useful way. I enjoyed the group activities because they pushed me to communicate clearly, listen to others, and stay organized. I also discovered that I’m good at explaining step-by-step instructions and using visuals to make ideas easier to follow.
Writing throughout the course strengthened my grammar, structure, and tone. I focused on keeping everything clear and professional, and with time I became more confident in expressing myself.
However, I think the class could improve in the way instructions and evaluations are given; especially when individual grades depend on group work. Sometimes not all classmates participate equally, which makes it harder to be evaluated fairly based on my own effort.
Overall, this course helped me grow in vocabulary, communication, and responsibility. I feel more capable of using English in everyday situations, even though there are areas where the class experience could be more balanced and clearer for everyone.
