What is Genie and what counts as a stream?
Genie is a Korean streaming platform.
A stream on Genie counts as the song being played in full once. As with the other platforms, it is advised to avoid pausing or skipping a song in order to prevent filtering!
How do I stream on Genie?
To stream on Genie, you will need an account created through the app or web browser. As with Bugs, you will need to buy a streaming pass in order for the stream to count for charts.
Why is Genie important?
ENHYPEN releases charting on Genie is important to make ENHYPEN gain digital points on the following music shows: Music Bank, MCountdown, Show Champion, Show! Music Core and Inkigayo.
