ENGENE, here is everything you need to know about the iTunes Charts!
What are the iTunes Charts?
The iTunes Charts for singles and albums reflect the most bought/popular releases on the platform. There is a main chart for all genres and different subgenres (K-pop might be counted as one, depending on where you live).
The more fans buy an release during a certain time, the higher the peak of the release is going to be.
What do I have to pay attention to?
The iTunes Charts for singles and albums are pretty important for Billboard Tracking, since they count as digital sales. Which is why it is important that we coordinate buying to reach the highest position possible!
If you want to buy the title track and the album with one account, buy the title track seperately first and then click on "complete album".
Charting on iTunes is relatively easy- if enough ENGENE living in the same region/country buy the lead single/entire album, the release will rise globally as well. The higher positions the title and album occupy in your country's Top Albums/Songs/ Genre Charts, the better!
Check your country's fanbase to see if they are organising a buying party to maximise the releases' peak position!
If iTunes isn't available for you, don't worry! Check this page to see where you can contribute to digital sales numbers.
