Introductionary page to the Billboard Charts.
ENGENE, you've all at least heard or seen people talking about the biggest Charts in the world once- but but do you really know what the Billboard charts entail? If not, don't worry.
The Billboard charts reflect the weekly popularity of song and album releases of mainly the United States, but also globally.
The results are published in the Billboard magazine.
Additional weekly charts,as well as year-end charts can also be found here. The two most important charts for US ENGENE are the Billboard Hot 100 for songs, the Artist 100 and Billboard 200 for albums. The charts are ranked according to sales, streams, or airplay for the Hot 100 song chart while for the Billboard 200 album chart, streams and track sales are included in addition to album sales.
The Charts that global ENGENE can have an impact on are the Billboard Global 200, the Global 200 excl. US chart, the Digital Song Sales and the Top Album Sales Chart.
(please check out every page irrespective of whether you're an US ENGENE or not! Thank you :))
The tracking time for weekly sales and streams starts on Friday and ends on the Thursday of the next week. Radio airplay song charts have their tracking period from Monday to Sunday. The results of the charts are released each Tuesday with an issue date the following Saturday.
