This action plan outlines the key steps for implementing our sustainability initiative on energy consumption awareness. It includes a structured timeline, strategies for engaging the university community, and methods to track the success of our efforts. By combining social media outreach and interactive on-campus activities, we aim to educate students on responsible energy usage in an engaging and impactful way. 

Community Engagement Strategy

To ensure maximum participation and impact, we have designed an engaging community outreach strategy. We will begin with a week-long TikTok awareness campaign to introduce the topic and spark discussions online. At our on-campus booth, we will incorporate interactive activities such as quizzes and Jenga games to make learning fun. Additionally, by collaborating with other student societies, we will expand our reach and create a more dynamic learning environment. To encourage participation, we will also provide freebies such as Choki Choki and popsticks to booth visitors.

Executing our action plan required thorough preparation and teamwork. These photos showcase our journey—from initial meetings and discussions to hands-on setup and final preparations. Each step was crucial in ensuring the success of our initiative. 

To evaluate the effectiveness of our initiative, we will implement several tracking methods. A QR code attendance system will help us monitor the number of participants who visit our booth. Additionally, we will distribute surveys and feedback forms to assess students’ awareness levels before and after engaging with our activities.
