Emperor Impact is the charitable arm of Emperor Group. We fund marine conservation, community upliftment, and environmental education — creating measurable change in some of the world's most important ocean ecosystems.
Build a donor-ready platform from scratch. Then own it.
For your first four months, you will have one clear mission: design and launch the Emperor Impact website on Odoo — including donation workflows, donor journeys, campaign tracking, and impact storytelling that moves people to give.
Once live, you will own the site's ongoing growth and expand into first-line IT support for the Emperor Group — giving you breadth, visibility, and a clear path toward a group-level digital and systems role.
Phase 1 — Website Build (First Four Months)
Design and build the Emperor Impact website using the Odoo Website Builder
Configure donation forms, payment pages, recurring donations, and automated receipts
Integrate with Odoo CRM, Accounting, Email Marketing, Events, and automations
Implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tracking, and campaign management
Deliver strong UX, fast load times, clean URLs, accessibility, and mobile optimisation
Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Ongoing — Platform & Support
Own monthly optimisation cycles: load speed, SEO, and donor funnel performance
Provide first-line Microsoft 365 support across the organisation (WITA time zone)
Maintain a 24–48 hour IT resolution target and document fixes in the knowledge base
Coordinate with external IT and security vendors as required
Essential
Odoo Website Builder (v17–v19 preferred): themes, QWeb templating, custom forms, multi-language, multi-website
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and campaign tracking
Microsoft Exchange administration experience
Able to own and deliver an end-to-end project independently
Clear communicator — you can explain technical decisions to non-technical people
A Bonus If You Have
Basic Python or API integration experience
Experience with nonprofit or fundraising platforms
Conversion tracking, event-based tracking, or donor funnel analytics
SharePoint administration experience
You take ownership. You are structured, proactive, and see projects through.

Rp 20,000,000 per month — up to Rp 25,000,000 for an exceptional candidate
